Last year, we told you about the new virtual pitching initiative we’re supporting, The Debut Sessions. This brainchild of a group of UK investors aims to democratise fundraising for pre-seed start-ups through #DSLive, its live interactive pitching environment. The prize of a £100K term sheet from Ascension Ventures is on offer to the start-up that goes the distance.
Debut Sessions have just published a list of top UK seed lawyers, sourced from the start-up community themselves. Harper James is proud that two of our lawyers – our founder Toby Harper and experienced corporate lawyer Jas Bhogal – have received this recognition from the wider UK tech community.
