This webinar will look at all the key issues in directors’ disqualification for those that advise directors facing such proceedings.

This webinar will go beyond the basics and delve into the detail of the practical effects of a CVL on the many stakeholders involved, for those who advise both the companies going into CVL, and those that may be affected by it. It will also look at the impact on directors, the shareholders, creditors, and the liquidator once a company enters CVL, as well as what happens to the company itself.
