What inspired you to get into law?
Despite a successful career as a fee earner, I decided to take the opportunity to try something new and moved into recruitment, as this had always been a career aspiration.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your role?
I enjoy fascinating conversations with new people every day about their career aspirations and experience. Also, assisting others with career progression and playing a part in business development and company growth.
What do you do away from work/outside the office?
Outside of work I enjoy keeping up with my highly energetic 3-year-old son. The benefit of living near the coast is that I spend most weekends taking family trips to the beach.
