Lindsay Gledhill heads up our intellectual property team. She has specialised in intellectual property exploitation and dispute resolution since 1997. She trained and qualified in Cambridge’s top intellectual property firm during the ‘dot com boom’, then spent four years at top 50 firm, Walker Morris.
Bringing a unique perspective to trends and developments in IP, Lindsay has fulfilled the role of IP adviser both for technology companies and innovative retail brands. Her previous roles include a number of years at:

- Lush Cosmetics
- ground-breaking travel and internet training company i-to-i
Lindsay is passionate about IP strategy, IP dispute resolution and successful IP exploitation. She also has a wealth of experience both in drafting bespoke agreements of all kinds and resolving potential disputes.
Lindsay is the go-to lawyer for IP-rich firms who wish to protect and exploit their proprietary technology in fast-growing and international markets. Her in-house background and commercial know-how mean she is much in demand and recognised for her intellect and ability to master some of the most complex technology IP briefs.
