Troy Broughton

Head of Sales

Troy Broughton is the Head of Sales at Harper James. He manages all inbound business activity, in terms of telephone and email enquiries, as well as client referrals, for both businesses and individuals.

Troy joined Harper James in October 2017, after having worked as a recruitment consultant within the pharmaceutical industry where he placed health economic and market access professionals at global director-level positions and above. Before this he worked in management positions in the retail sector. Troy has been living in Sheffield for 6 years, having gained his 2:1 degree in Business Economics from Sheffield Hallam University.

Outside of work, Troy is a developing tennis player. As well as challenging himself across all sports, he successfully raised money for Cancer Research when competing and winning a charity boxing match. He was ranked world #1 in competitive online gaming on the Playstation 4. He enjoys following many sports including football, darts, American football, tennis, F1 and golf. Troy is also a huge movie buff.
